COACHES

Role: Researcher and Developer.
The project aimed at creating a system made of multiple robots and cameras, for creating a robot kiosk system able to help the people inside a shopping mall.

Role: Vision and Architectural Consultant.
The aim of Audio Video Analytics Software (AVAS) was to create a surveillance framework for several situation environments.

DHS

Role: Researcher and Developer.
Smart Monitoring of Complex Public Scenes: The project focused on the development of a multiple range finder system for detecting and tracking people in an indoor environment.

Role: Researcher and Developer.
The goal of the Context Aware Mobility Platform project was to improve the network of public transportation in large (touristic) cities. The aim of this system was to monitor a bus stop in order to have a general estimation of the number of people and to control suspected activities that involved the crowd.

The aim of this project was to develop a system for detecting and recognizing human postures in an indoor environment with RGBD cameras.

The project investigated the protection of national critical infrastructures from cyber threats following a collaborative approach whenever appropriate.

MOTUS

Role: Vision Consultant, Researcher and Developer.
The aim of this project was to develop a system able to detect, track and count vehicles in an urban environment.

VIVA

Role: Researcher and Developer.
Virtual Interaction for Visual Applications (VIVA): 3D - Virtual Advertisement System for TV shows and sport events. In particular, a new method for zooming camera calibration has been implemented and tested.
